Hey guys! A simple slow cooker recipe for you today for a classic chilli beef packed with flavour! A real comfort meal!
This is such a delicious dish that takes little to no effort at all! Throw it all into your slow cooker and relax! If you would like to add some different veg or spices in this its up to you. Or if you wanted to go veggies you could use all different beans or peas instead of beef.
I served my dish with some rice and nachos on the side but this chilli beef recipe can be used for soooo many different dishes! For example burritos, tacos, enchiladas, nachos, quesadillas and so on! So feel free to use it any way you like at all.

Slow Cooker Chilli Beef
Equipment
- Slow Cooker
- Weighing scales
- Chopping board
- Knife
Ingredients
- 450 grams Minced beef
- 400 mls Water
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 White onion
- 1 can Chopped tomatoes
- 1 can Kidney beans
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 70 grams Tomato paste
- 2 Beef stock pots/cubes
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 tsp Ground corriander
- 2 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 15 g Dark chocolate
- A good splash of worchester sauce
Instructions
- In a pan brown off your mince beef then place in your slow cooker.
- Add all the rest of your ingredients into the slower cooker and mix well.
- Cook your chilli for 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low, its up to you!
- Enjoy with some rice/nachos/tacos the list goes on!!
