Brookies

Hey guys! Very bold and delicious recipe coming for you today. These are cookies and cream brookies, also known as slutty brownies! Yes, slutty brownies!! And they deserve that name. They are so luxurious and such a treat.

Brookies as you can tell from the name are half cookies, half brownies. What more could you want? I wanted to create another cookie or brownie recipe. I couldn’t decide what to do so this happened. I am very happy I couldn’t decide because this are absolutely delicious.

They might seems very ambitious but they are actually pretty straightforward to make. I even made them using just one mixing bowl. I used a mix of chocolate chips but if you prefer the one, do that. I also couldn’t get real oreos in my shop so I used the aldi version. Probably nearly as good to be honest and much cheaper!

I have included some pictures that I have taken during making them just to help you out.

This recipe is so gooey and moreish, really hope you enjoy making and eating them! They are amazing cold but even better warm with some vanilla ice cream on top! Highly advise you trying them both ways. Have fun!!
